An event every week that begins at 10:00am on Tuesday, repeating until December 12, 2017
Join our Beginner Friendly weekly mixed media abstract artisans workshops with Megan Small.
Learn to use a mix of everyday materials to create vibrant and interesting art, along with other artists tips and tricks while having fun on the way. The workshop will be held in a private room in a relaxed café setting. After the class be sure to stick around and order yourself a coffee or some lunch from the tasty cafe menu
Bring your own materials
Such As:
Acrylic paints, Pastel Sticks, Art boards/canvas or paper, coloured & lead pencils & erasers.You can also bring: crayons, charcoal, oil sticks, chalk , gold/silver leaf, PVA Glue & any other art supplies if you have them – but it’s not mandatory. A selection of arts materials will be available on the day for you to purchase at a small additional cost.
About the Artist:
Megan Small offers a unique perspective, with elegant observations of form and texture. Megan has over 30 years of artistic endeavours, and over the last year she has been working on a variance of pieces in a multiple of mediums, from painting with clay and natural ochres, the use of fire and heat on a multitude of mediums, sculpture and mono-prints
